Basic tips for the model look


We have prepared some basic tips for models and potential models who want to improve their appearance and health.

Skin care

Know your skin type. Many department stores (e.g., John Lewis, Debenhams, Selfridges and Harrods) have skincare consultants who can help with this and perhaps provide product tester.
Keeping the skin clean and hydrated-this is the number one rule of skincare. Always remove your makeup before bed, use a moisturizer with a minimum of SPF15 during the day and the last thing that a good night cream at night, suited to your specific skin type. Exfoliate regularly (every two or three days) with a gentle Exfoliating product or a brush face and try to use a weekly facial mask. If you do not want to spend too much on expensive treatments or masks, try using the oatmeal and yogurt or honey-both provide a nourishing mask for any skin type.

Cosmetics

Keep it simple during the day, the natural beauty is much more appealing than full make-up on the day, with the addition of lip gloss or the stronger eye makeup for social nights out. Make sure you keep your eyebrows shaped, as this will make a huge difference to your overall look. Always choose products that match your skin type and colors that flatter your skin tone and eye.

Hair care

Know your hair type and keep your hair clean and conditioned with appropriate products. A consultation with a credible Salon followed by a good cut is a great investment. Experiment with up-what to do and accessories in order to find the looks that flatter more and leave color professionals.

Body care

Eat healthily, exercise, good sleep for at least half an hour three times a week and keep hydrated with bottled water as a good basis for the care of the body. Never skip meals. Give priority to personal hygiene. Keep your skin soft and smooth to exfoliate at least once a week and always use a good moisturizer after bathing or showers. Apply sunscreen lotions with an SPF of at least 15 when spending time outdoors. Take care of the hands, feet and nails-manicuring and pedicuring regularly.

Mental health

The best way to preserve your good looks is to keep stress levels as low as possible. Always in touch with friends and family and promoting healthy relationships. Include pilates, yoga and meditation in your fitness regime to encourage balance and a healthy mental attitude.
